Best quarantine looks on male celebrities: Andy Samberg, Henry Cavill, Daniel Dae-Kim, Kumail Nanjiani, and more
Till this day, much has been enthused about the 'I woke up like this' look. And circling back to the unbearable attraction of not giving a f***, there's something to be said about male celebrities huddled up in quarantine. Sans the glam squads and precise professional studio lighting, most of their appearances — either from the likes of Zoom interviews or self-timed videos — have been tapered down. Somehow, the humble dishevelled looks are working oddly enough in their favour. Perhaps from the rare intimacy that fans often don't get to see, in line with the fantasy of finally getting a glimpse into their homes or what they look like fresh from the sheets.
For a lack of better word, these looks are all incredibly raw, wondrously glowy, and espoused by the growing stubble. In these uncertain times, we got to witness the magic of Oscar Issac decked out in a fitted tank, a bespectacled Daniel Dae-Kim delivering a powerful message on racism and xenophobia, and of course a 5-minute video starring Henry Cavill putting his parts — well gaming parts — together. Because really, why not?
