Read on to find out how far this little bottle will take you.
ADD EXTRA HYDRATION BENEFITS TO EXISTING PRODUCTS
"This versatile product can be used on its own, or to boost the hydration power of other products. You can mix it with your existing face or body moisturisers," says Mehdi Elaichouni, ANIA co-founder.
"When on flights, just apply a liberal amount to your face (or body) — there is no need to worry about sheet masks or having a different coloured face," he adds. Says ANIA co-founder Fern Lee, "I personally use between five to ten drops for my face and neck when I am on long haul or overnight flights."
ADD IT TO YOUR BODY CREAM
Adding Pure Argan Oil Light to your body products boosts the hydration quality of your lotions and creams. The super lightweight texture also makes the application feel smoother.
USE IT TO NOURISH OFT-FORGOTTEN AREAS
Apply this anywhere you need hydration – like the cuticle beds, the back of your hand, on dry elbows and heels, on the lips, the tips of the ears, and even the eye area.
INCORPORATE IT INTO YOUR MAKEUP ROUTINE
Makeup artist Celestine Sng, of Two Left Hands gives us these tips. "There are many benefits to mixing Argan Oil Light with foundation. For dry or dull skin, mix a few drops of the oil helps to sheer out the texture of the foundation. This will result in a natural, dewy finish. By adding some oil to the foundation, you'll also be using less product — which will make blending a lot easier, with a natural look and better adhesion to the skin."
You can even use it in your bronzers and as a natural highlight on the skin. Says Sng, "Argan Oil Light can also be mixed into liquid bronzers and tinted moisturisers. It can also be used as a highlighter. To make skin come 'alive', I sometimes dab (with a sponge) a little of the oil onto the high plains of the face (like the cheekbones and T-zone) to create a subtle sheen."
MAKE A DIY SCRUB
Mix it with sugar to make a lip scrub for smoother lipstick application, or blend it with ground coffee to make a body or face scrub on the fly. Voila!
USE IT AS A PRE-SHAMPOO TREATMENT OR MASK
Here are some tips from founders Elaichouni and Lee. If you have tangled hair, or have just take a dip in the pool, you can apply a liberal amount of Argan Oil Light and leave it on for 15 minutes before shampooing.
To use it as a hair mask, simply drench your hair in oil and leave it on overnight — you'll probably need to sleep with a soft shower cap though. To add a boost to an existing hair mask, simply add in one or two drops so your hair feels even softer.
