The latest fitness studios might be equipped with state-of-the-art grooming stations to help you look, well, human again post-workout, but its capabilities can only do so much. Try as we might, no amount of Dyson dryers or L'Occitane bath gel can transform us into the glowy, high-shine versions of ourselves ready for anything thrown our way. That, unfortunately, is limited to days where we have hours to spare and our entire makeup arsenal at hand. Right?

Wrong. Thanks to a multitude of multi-functional, versatile, and innovative offerings in the market, getting a full-face has become a no-sweat affair. From dry shampoos to multi-use face palettes, we detail everything you need to look fresh AF after a gruelling session at the gym — large, cavernous makeup bags not required.

Hair

Unfortunately, making a run for the showers straight after your workout doesn't always guarantee front-of-the-line status. In the likelihood of such occurrences, have dry shampoo stowed in your tote so you'll be able to eradicate greasy roots and shine in a flash. Failing that, pop a stylish hair-tie (or two) in your bag. On days where your mane just won't cooperate, simply put your mop up into a sleek high pony and call it a day.

Skin

Putting makeup on a grimy, clogged complexion ranks high as one of our worst nightmares of all time. It also puts you on the fast track for pimples, blackheads, and breakouts aplenty, so we recommend you keep your moneymaker well-cleansed after sweatin' it out. Wipes make for a portable, efficient option. As for acquiring radiant skin, you're probably already rocking a glow from all the exercise-related endorphins — still, if you want to turn up the volume, add a radiance-granting serum and moisturiser to the mix.

Makeup

All that prep work you've done on your skin should forego the need for foundation and concealer. Instead, reach for a CC cream with built-in SPF so can skip out on sunscreen. In the spirit of saving on more bag space, all-in-one face palettes are your best friend, with a good pick covering your sculpting, highlighting, and eye makeup needs in one case. Seal it off with a fresh coat of lipstick and you're good-to-go.
