It's no secret that we look to celebrities for beauty inspiration on the regular. Heck, we even have a monthly column dedicated to the venture. We're talking the slew of familiar faces rocking groundbreaking beauty lewks, the celebrities responsible for many a beauty breakthrough within the community. Whether they're in the hands of a stellar MUA or they possess skills equal to a makeup maestro, we've identified the ones to watch, below. Keep your fingers poised over that follow button, folks.

Alexa Demie

The breakout star from HBO's teen drama, Euphoria, is as much a makeup icon on-screen as she is off. This, in part, she owes to her makeup artist mother who has imparted wise lessons on Demie since she was a child. From pastel purple lids to pencil-thin brows, there is no look too audacious for the up-and-coming actress — a lot of which she's executed herself with aplomb. Might we suggest a beauty channel on YouTube in between acting gigs?

Barbie Ferreira

Yup, Alexa isn't the only Euphoria star on our beauty radar. Co-star, Barbie Ferreira, is just as adept with a makeup brush, and is particularly fond of wielding it to create out-of-this-world eyeshadow looks. Expect neon pops, killer liner flicks, and relatable hair moments ("do we chop off our bangs in the heat of anxiety, ladies?").

Isabela Merced

The 18-year-old first catapulted to fame as the live-action Dora The Explorer before further cementing her status as teen queen by starring in Netflix's adaption of popular John Green novel, Let It Snow. Acting accolades aside, she's also fast becoming recognised for bold beauty looks ranging from inverted coloured liner to frosted blue lids.

She might have missed out on performing in Singapore's Neon Lights Festival this year, but the singer-songwriter is definitely still all-hits and no-misses when it comes to her makeup — most of which she does herself, FYI. From experimental doodles to jewel parties, we're waiting with bated breath as to what Halsey might get up to next.

Ella Balinska

You might have glimpsed Ella in the newly released Charlie's Angels reboot fighting off bad guys and detonating bombs, but her range extends far beyond ass-kicking. The English actress is also known for hitting the red carpet in classic styles with a twist. Think a smoky eye in shades of silver and blue, plus gravity-defying updos.
