Congratulations are in order as the Italian jewellery house, that's nearly a century old, has signed a partnership deal with LVMH. The luxury conglomerate is taking a minority stake in the company known for its exclusivity and creative design approach.

Appointed creative director in 2007 at the age 21, Gaia Repossi has been instrumental in steering the brand to new heights. Drawing from her love of architecture, Repossi injected the four-generation-old business with contemporary flair through evocative sculptural shapes. The result? Statement designs that are both elegant and subtly austere, like the Berbère double phalanx ring that rapidly became a house icon since its launch.

"LVMH is delighted to support the development of Repossi. We share common values [and] Repossi's success shows a promising future with which we are pleased to be associated," said LVMH director Delphine Arnault. With LVMH's enthusiastic support, seems like Repossi's only way is up.
