Making its debut at Baselworld 2015, Breguet's new offering, the Tradition Chronographe Indépendant 7077, was already a standout timepiece from the start. With its ingenious split time and chronograph mechanisms, and the interesting open-worked watch face, the chronograph was definitely a crowd pleaser.
That reputation has been cemented even further with the watch's big win at the annual Haute Time Watch Madness competition. Organised by Haute Time, a US-based luxury watch magazine, the Breguet Tradition Chronographe Indépendant 7077 was crowned the undisputed winner from 64 other watch brands through online public voting.
You know what they say: Go big, or go home. It's certainly a mantra the illustrious Swiss watchmaker is living by.
