Joining the Portofino family of watches by IWC Schaffhausen, is the Portofino Hand-Wound Monopusher. The first model of its kind with a single push-button, the chronograph is able to measure time for up to 60 minutes. Unlike the classic model of chronographs with push buttons positioned specifically at 2 o'clock and 4 o'clock, the Portofino Monopusher camouflages it elegantly and cleverly in the crown.
This aesthetically pleasing design feature adds to the sophistication of the Portofino Monopusher while the classic lines balance functionality and design without taking away what we love from the traditional watch. Teaming up with shoemakers Santoni since 2011, the Swiss watch manufacturer combines the best craftsmanship from Europe using Italian hand-made leather straps.
Available in white gold and red gold, it features sapphire glass on both cases and back to showcase the Geneva stripes as well as the chronograph mechanism. The design in white-gold, comes with a slate coloured dial and grey Santoni alligator strap while the 18-carat red gold is fitted with a silver-plated dial and brown Santoni alligator leather strap.
