We are all thankful for Queen Bey who exhorted that if you liked it, you should put a ring on it. Well, if you love the sound of your own voice, you can turn that into a tangible piece of art. Encode Ring, an innovative Japanese tech start-up is turning vocals into solid metal rings by way of 3D-printing technology. Simply put, they map out a three-second voice message onto an audio level visualisation plane that eventually forms the outlines of your ring.

To craft one of your own, simply visit Encode Ring's website and record the message you wish the ring to carry. Experiment on the shape by speaking into your microphone in different volumes and inserting pauses between words. More fluctuations translate into a more dynamic band form. Leaning towards subtler edges? Try punctuating the words in a softer tone. The size of the ring and choice of metal are entirely customisable. Rings materials include stainless steel, gold-plated, premium silver, 18K gold, and platinum.

Prices range from $170 to $1,720. For more information on Encode Ring, click
