What's not to love about brunch? You can wake up late, dress down, and take all the time in the world to finish your meal. If you're looking for a new brunch spot to hit up this weekend, consider heading down to Gordon Ramsay's Bread Street Kitchen at Marina Bay Sands. It's barely five months old, but the kitchen has already started warming up its engines for brunch.

Given the restaurant's British heritage, it's no surprise that the brunch menu is anchored by the classic English Breakfast smorgasbord of bacon, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans, and two eggs prepared any style you fancy. There's eggs benedict and buttermilk pancakes to be had too, and the latter is served with honeycomb butter, bananas, and maple syrup.

More unorthodox brunch offerings come in the form of tamarind spiced chicken wings, spicy tuna tartare you scoop up with wonton crisps, and a summer fresh salad that sees a bed of greens topped with watermelon, avocado, and feta.

Besides the usual caffeine-fuelled beverages, you'll also find an array of freshly squeezed juices mixing up fruit and vegetables — perfect if you're recovering from a big night out.
