Even if you can't travel out of Singapore for chocolate, premium heritage Italian chocolatier Venchi will be relaunching in Singapore, bringing their Chocogelateria straight to us. Nestled comfortably in the heart of Takashimaya, we expect nothing less than a mouth-watering range of cocoa-fuelled treats ranging from pralines to rich chocolate spreads. After all, they do produce chocolates for Armani Dolci, the Rolls-Royce of Italian chocolates.
In keeping with tradition, Venchi uses only fresh and wholesome ingredients in their chocolates. Think hazelnuts from Piedmont, pistachios and almonds from Sicily, Ligurian olive oil, and cocoa from the top Criollo and Forastero plantations.
As sinful as chocolate might be, Venchi's extensive chocolate repertoire includes low-caloric options for those watching their waistline. In a nod to the Singaporean palate, you can expect to lick up chocolate gelato spiked with chili.
