Marina Bay Sands’ celebrity chefs are rolling out a delectable flight of gelato flavours all in the name of charity
Gelato is always a good idea, and gelato spun by top chefs the likes of Daniel Boulud and Tetsuya Wakuda is ever better. From 31 July to 9 August, cool off from this blistering heat by stopping by the Scoops of Hope pop-up gelato station at Marina Bay Sands. Proceeds (and we're talking a full 100 per cent) from each scoop of gelato you purchase will go towards The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund — an initiative that benefits children from low-income families.
Choose from an intriguing array of gelato flavours ranging from gula melaka to masala teh tarik. Those who prefer their lickable treats chilled by degrees can opt for the dragonfruit sorbetto or mango sorbet — both veritable odes to the tropical fruit of the region.
The pop-up gelato store will run from 31 July to 9 August at Marina Bay Sands, The Shoppes Canal Level, B2 (Opposite Cold Storage).
