Breakfast might be the most important meal of the day, but nothing beats a nice, long brunch — especially if it's well watered with plenty of champagne. After its smashing debut last year, The Fullerton Bay Hotel's Belle Époque Odyssey Brunch makes its return on 24 May for its sophomore edition. The decadent brunch spread will be served alongside Perrier Jouët's Belle Époque Blanc and Rosé 2006 champagnes.
Leave your cropped tops at home because there is plenty of food to graze on. The buffet will span the length of several dining halls as well as the waterfront terraces of the hotel. Expect to find a premium spread of seafood such as Belon oysters from France and chilled Alaskan king crab legs sitting alongside a tempting array of meats ranging from buttery jamón Iberico de Bellota to slow-roasted leg of Wagyu. Signature dishes from the hotel's dining outlets, such as The Clifford Pier's renowned lobster roll, will complement the spread as well.
An international spread of cheese awaits while those with a sweet tooth will find an entire dessert room dedicated to serving up freshly made waffles, ice cream, and exquisite cakes and pastries.
