It isn't everyday that you'll find nine of Argentina's top culinary talent gathering in Singapore, but come 25 to 28 October 2016, boCHINche restaurant will play host to these industry stalwarts when Comilona, a travelling food and wine festival, arrives on our shores. 

Comilona made its debut in London last year with the aim of celebrating the rich produce and culinary talent emerging from Argentina's vibrant food scene. For its sophomore year, the star-studded lineup includes Hernan Luchetti, chef de cuisine of three Michelin-starred El Celler de Can Roca; Soledad Nardelli, head chef of Chila; and Agustina de Alba, one of Argentina's top sommeliers.

Following a by-invite-only cocktail reception on 25 October, the chefs and sommelier will host a series of exclusive dinners from 26 to 28 October to showcase Argentine produce ranging from beef to yerba mate. Each dinner will see three chefs coming together to roll out five courses, paired with a selection of wines, no less.
