Come 10 November, French wines and spirits appreciation society ChateauAsia and award-winning mixologist Russell Cardoza will impart the finer points of appreciating superior Cognac and how to prepare simple cocktails. The evening, presented in collaboration with Hennessy, will feature top-shelf Cognac from the maison spanning several vintages.
