This week, I took some time out to film a new programme for the Life Inspired Channel that will air on mio TV come August and September this year. The half-hour show and series of short vignettes taps into the pulse of urban living in Singapore and features some of its most vibrant personalities. I had the privilege of curating the lineup for these guests and sought to showcase individuals from varying fields who had all forged a path springing from their passions. As I found out, these individuals who have lived life deeply and to the fullest were full of surprising lessons. Below, they share some of their wisdom with us.
