We're three weeks into the New Year — how are your fitness resolutions holding up? We know there's nothing like amassing new gear to get you all excited about breaking a sweat, so it's timely that multi-label boutique Surrender has brought in Satisfy, a new activewear label that's as chic as they come.
Gone are the days where workout wear comprised of well-worn T-shirts and shapeless shorts. Athletic apparel today is sharp and on point with what's trending on the runway, all without losing its utilitarian edge. With Satisfy, Parisian Brice Partouche called upon Carly Beumel, a former Nike research and development specialist, to dream up a collection of shorts, windbreaakers, compression tees and basic sportswear cut from performance fabrics that'll take you from the gym to your favourite brunch spot for acai bowls and protein shakes.
What we love about the brand is its dominantly muted colour palette of neutrals touched with the occasional flash of colour — a refreshing change to the colour-charged sportswear favoured by other brands. Take a look at the collection below:
Available at Surrender (Raffles Hotel Arcade) and online at www.surrenderous.com. Raffles Hotel Arcade, #02-31, 328 North Bridge Road. Tel: 6733 2130.
