We're not sure about you, but we never hit the pavement without our trusty iPod strapped to our forearm. So imagine a 5km-run lined with over 120 speakers pumping out everything from rock to hip hop, and you'll begin to have an idea of what to expect at The Music Run by AIA. This running and music festival has set pavements ablaze in Los Angeles, Bangkok, and New York, but this time around on 23 April, it's set to transform Sentosa Island into a throbbing heart of adrenaline and feel-good endorphines.

The best part about this running festival? You get to choose the music that'll power the running route (also known as the 'Sound Track'). Thanks to music-partner Spotify, you'll get a chance to vote your favourite tracks into the official run playlist. After you've crossed the finishing line, keep your running shoes on. A post-run music festival will bring together DJs alongside international and local music acts to keep you dancing on your feet.
