Pastry chef Will Goldfarb brings a taste of his innovative desserts to Singapore
We'll ditch the low-sugar diet for a seat at this table

Over at Room 4 Dessert in Bali, pastry chef Will Goldfarb impresses diners with innovative desserts showcasing native ingredients from the land. Think a light mousse spun from kluwak nuts, dishes sweetened with coconut nectar, and even accents from herbs traditionally used for medical purposes. From 10 to 18 March 2017, diners in Singapore will get a taste of Goldfarb's culinary genius as he brings his signature flair to a five-course dessert menu built with Balinese and Southeast Asian ingredients.

The happy venue hosting this creative pastry chef is none other than Potato Head Singapore, where the PTT Family's head mixologist, Kamil Foltán, adds to the drama with a flight of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages crafted to accompany each of the five dishes. In keeping with the play on Southeast Asian flavours, Foltán's cocktails will serve to underscore these bold, unexpected flavours.

Available 10 to 18 March 2017 at Potato Head Singapore.
