When Sunday rolls around, every hour is cocktail hour; you can drink all you want and then some. We'll worry about hitting the detox button on Tuesday. Meanwhile, line your stomach with a hearty brunch (give the acai berry bowls a break) before shaking up these summery cocktails by Reyka brand ambassador and bartender Joe Petch. Gin might be the bartender's darling of the moment, but vodka still reigns as the spirit of the age.

We're using Reyka vodka in these recipes as it's smooth, clean and crisp — the perfect base for fresh fruit and herbs to shine — but you can choose to shake up these cocktails with your vodka of choice.
