Rum is no doubt Sugarhall's calling card. If there's anyone you can trust with a roomful of rum, it's Stuart Danker, the Principal Bartender at Sugarhall. While most of the cocktail recipes we've featured on our #SaturdaySessions have been single serves, this weekend calls for a little more generosity. Sharing is most certainly caring — and we wouldn't want you to drink alone. The hardest part about this cocktail? Procuring the pineapple. Everything else is pretty much a breeze to put together — all the better for those who just can't wait to ease into the lazy weekend vibe. 



Here's what you'll need

240ml Bacardi white

30ml Bacardi 8 

20ml mayers dark rum

90ml pineapple juice 

20ml lime juice 

10ml grenadine syrup  


How to make it

1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well to combine. Chill the cocktail and pour it into a pineapple cup.

2. Garnish with flowers, pineapple and mint.
