Cuba is all the rage. Even Chanel couldn't resist staging their cruise 2017 show in the historic island. Its balmy breezes might be miles away from Singapore, but we're happy to turn to the next best thing — Bob's Bar, where 15 new rum-based cocktails await. Below, the recipe for a rum-heavy pineapple julep. Swizzle it good, because Saturday calls for this sweet, minty treat. 

Here's what you need

45ml Plantation 3 Star

30ml Lemon Berry Meritage Tea

30ml SOM Pineapple Vinegar

15ml Grenadine

5ml Campari

5 sprigs Mint Leaves

1 sprig of mint leaf, for garnish

Dehydrated pineapple slice, for garnish

How to make it 

1. Combine all the ingredients in a julep cup. Add crushed ice. Swizzle.

2. Top with more crushed ice.

3. Garnish with pineapple slice and a sprig of mint leaf.
