When someone orders a Hollywood Punch at Tanjong Beach Club, heads turn. The cocktail is brought to the table in a wooden vessel and garnished with its own kitsch paper umbrella. Featuring rum, coconut water, and banana liqueur, it's the perfect drink to sip on while lazing on the beach. Below, the recipe.  


Here's what you need

20ml Havana 7 year rum

20ml Havana 3 year rum

5ml St George's Absinthe

75ml Coconut water

30ml Cold drip coffee

30ml Pineapple juice

20ml Bols banana liqueur

10ml Lemon juice

30ml Orgeat

How to make it

1. Mix all ingredients into a shaker, add ice, then shake and strain.

2. Serve into a large vessel with cubed ice and garnish with edible flowers, mint sprigs and icing sugar.
