If you haven't been back to the Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore for awhile, you'll notice that a lot has changed. Over the past year, the hotel has unveiled not one, but two restaurants — Colony and Summer Pavilion — that have emerged from their makeovers with handsome interiors and brand-new menus. 

Old traditions, however , have not been forgotten. After a year-long hiatus, their iconic SuperBrunch — arguably the most decadent and extravagant buffet on the dining scene — is set to make a return on 13 March. The theme for this year's gastronomic festivities? A masquerade carnival that'll transform the hotel lobby, Colony, and Chihuly Lounge into an afternoon of masked mystique and decadence. Expect to find samba dancers, dummers, and even a roving magician working the grounds. 


Ritz Carlton superbrunch

Under the culinary baton of Executive Chef Massimo Pasquarelli, a feast worthy of Bacchus awaits. With a seven metre-long seafood bar and cheese counter heaving with over 130 cheeses, the SuperBrunch is clearly all about gastronomic superlatives. But that's not to say it's all quantity over quality. Expect to find steamed onsen eggs topped with shaved truffles, the finest cuts of Iberico ham, pan-fried foie gras, and fresh sea urchin for the picking. 

Tipple wise, it's a sparkly affair with unlimited pours of Moët & Chandon vintages. But if you really want to spoil yourself, opt for the Dom Pérignon Vintage 2006.
