An array of 18 sweet treats crafted by the Waku Ghin pastry team will be pushed out under the marquee Patisserie Platine, now available at Marina Bay Sands' RISE lounge.

Led by Waku Ghin's Executive Pastry Chef Yasushi Ishino, Patisserie Platine mirrors the same ethos for perfection that underscores Waku Ghin's culinary philosophy. Fresh, top-shelf ingredients flown in from Japan and Europe go into the making of each sweet treat. Besides the famed Ghin cheese cake, you'll find classic French cakes given a uniquely Japanese twist. The Saint-Honore harbours notes of yuzu while the Opera cake is amped up with the earthy notes of matcha. There's also vanilla Mille Feuille, Mont Blanc, and Tiramisu to be had. Love macarons? Don't forget to pick up a box or two when you're there.
