Aside from the returning popular masterclasses led by celebrity chefs, this year's Epicurean Market is introducing a new series of boozy masterclasses for those who love their wine and spirits. The Sands Signature series features a selection of premium masterclasses led by experts in the wine and spirits industry. With 19 different classes ranging from rare sake and shochu tastings to Louis XIII cognac appreciation sessions, expect to taste vintages from some of the top brands in the industry.
Expect to find lobster rolls from db Bistro & Oyster Bar, fish and chips from Gordon Ramsay's Bread Street Kitchen, handmade pizza from Mozza, and grilled Hokkaido scallop from Adrift. Talk about amassing worthy calories.
