This bar on Hongkong Street flies the Latin American flag through and through — and the bar bites aren't too shabby at all. With Executive Chef Andrew Walsh (formerly of popular Spanish tapas bar Esquina) and head chef Jennifer Lee at the helm, you can expect the execution in the kitchen to be pitch perfect. The dish to try? Argentinian ribeye, of course. The unctuous cut is deftly grilled and kept perfectly pink within. Enjoy the meat with a tangy chimichurri verde sauce and vibrant salsa criolla.

The White Rabbit's wagyu carpaccio
The White Rabbit, which occupies the space where a chapel once used to be, gives us good reason to head to church even if it isn't a Sunday. Culinary salvation comes in the form of a Rangers Valley wagyu carpaccio that's masterfully sliced and annointed with shaved parmesan, celery cress, tangy balsamic pearls, and aromatic truffle cream. It pays to take a walk on the raw side, especially if it tastes this good.

Long Bar Steakhouse's filet mignon sampler
For the steak connoisseur, this filet mignon sampler is a carnivore's dream come through. Why tuck into a piece of filet mignon when you can have three? Here, dad can savour a triple treat of filet mignon cuts, namely Australian Augus, Snake River Farms American Kobe beef, and prime grade beef from Greater Omaha.
