This Saturday, set the smoked salmon and eggs benedict aside. The agenda for brunch puts the good old 10-legged (yes, the claws count) crustacean to the test. For each Saturday in the month of April, the chefs at The Kitchen Table over at W Singapore will be busy wrestling these hard-shelled delicacies to turn them into all manner of tasty indulgences.
This lunch special isn't going to challenge the scores of chilli crab dishes out there. Instead, you'll get to dig into more unusual crab dishes the likes of Southern-style crab bisque, homemade crab rangoon, wok-fried crab in tamarind and chili, and crab slides served with a side of cheesy fries.
