It isn't easy to convince a chef to pack his knives, leave his kitchen, and cross continents to prepare for a one-night only dinner. However, not one but five chefs are doing just that, all in the name of a four-day long epicurean journey that pulls together flavours from the world over under the historic roof of the Fullerton Waterboat House.

Come 30 May to 3 June, this pop-up dining experience sees chefs from The Luxury Collection Hotels in Thailand and India joined by their counterparts further afield in Austria, Greece, and Italy. The chefs from Thailand, India, Greece, and Italy will each prepare a multi-course dinner menu reflecting the culinary DNA of their home country, all artfully paired with wines, of course. If you prefer to settle down for a lighter, sweeter indulgence, don't miss the special Viennese Afternoon Tea presented by Executive Chef Manuel Gratzl of Hotel Bristol.
