1. Giving the cold shoulder
Street style from the FW16 show season has given new meaning to fashion's definition of the cold shoulder. Instead of summery cut-outs on tops and dresses, think along the lines of styling your outerwear with nonchalance and ease. Take cues from Bimba Y Lola's fall collection and leave those cover-ups half undone (all looks).

2. All about that fluff
When it comes to fabrics, textural threads command the spotlight for fall/winter 2016. Soft to the touch and toasty when worn, shearling, mohair and fur are the textiles to weave into your fall edit. Case in point: A classic shearling coat (look 2) — the best kind of fluff there is. Still riding high on fashion's eclectic wave? Look to Bimba Y Lola's tiger stripes and lightning bolts (looks 1 & 3) to turn up the heat.

3. Coming up velvet
Let's face it: The SS16 trend of boudoir dressing is here to stay. But instead of spring/summer's silk and cotton, the next season's PJ decree comes in plush velvet (look 2). Pick up one of Bimba Y Lola's rakish robes (look 1) and channel your inner Hugh Hefner. To take your current season's pyjama set (look 3) into FW16, throw on a cover-up and there you have it — your summer lightweight PJs now comes with extra mileage.
