After a whirlwind collaboration with Balmain — thanks to the social-media savvy Olivier Rousteing — we've been playing guessing games on who would top the successful collection that sold out within hours of its launch day last year.

Guessing games are over. H&M finally revealed that its next designer collab will be with the playful Parisian fashion house, Kenzo. The creative duo behind the label, Carol Lim and Humberto Leon, will design ready-to-wear collections for both women and men, and also present accessories. Judging from the teaser video (see above), we're expecting the creative directors to bring street influences remixed with the house's playful and energetic spirit to the collaboration.

For those who think that the duo will not be able to live up to Rousteing's success, think again. After all, Lim and Leon are no strangers to fashion partnerships, having done countless collaborations for their concept store, Opening Ceremony. Think Coach 1941, Teva and Vans, just to name a few.

"With this collaboration with H&M we want to think big, push the boundaries and bring the new energy of Kenzo to everyone around the world," says Lim and Leon.

The Kenzo x H&M collection will be launched in selected H&M stores worldwide on 3 November. Start marking your calendars now.
