Inside look: Buro 24/7 Singapore launch lunch at The Clifford Pier
Fullerton Bay Hotel
And just like that we're live.
It's been a long road from Moscow to Singapore, but after a champion effort by the entire team, Buro 24/7 launched in Singapore with a seated lunch attended by over 180 guests in the historic (and beautifully sun-drenched) Clifford Pier at The Fullerton Bay Hotel.
Miroslava Duma, founder of Buro 24/7, and Michael von Schlippe, president of Indochine Media Pte Ltd unveiled the site with a 'digital ribbon cutting' in front of Singapore's top movers and shakers. Notable attendees included His Excellency Andrey Tatarinov, Russian ambassador to Singapore; American designer Diane von Furstenberg; Steven Kolb, CEO of the CFDA; Vietnamese model and personality Vũ Hà Anh; and of course, our beautiful #FriendsOfBuro such as Anita Kapoor, Yvette King, Velda Tan, Nathan Hartono and Rich Herrera. The editors-in-chief of other Buro sites — Turkey, Azerbaijan and Malaysia — were also present.
During the lunch, guests were encouraged to take a #selfie with Buro-branded selfie sticks, which were later included in the gift bags (c'mon, you know you want one). To follow all the social media action, check out #Buro247Singapore on Instagram and Twitter.
Special thanks to our launch partners Coach, Aesop, Samsung, Infiniti and The Fullerton Bay Hotel.
