The inspiration: This season, Tod's forms its own band, which, in retrospect comes as no suprise given that Alessandra Facchinetti's father was in one of Italy's top bands. But this isn't just your ordinary musical group, with the collection inspired by 15 creative personalities in music, film and photographer (think: Langley Fox Hemingway, Lizzy Jagger and Julia Restoin Roitfeld).
The details: The guitar-influenced collection saw motifs of the musical instrument heavily adorned on leather jackets and accessories. Our favourite? The interchangeable guitar shoulder straps seen on bags decorated with patchwork.
The accessories: The leather goods especially the stripe smoking slippers and iconic Gommino loafers heavily decorated with studs, safety pins and multi-coloured patchwork. #Want.
Something you might have missed: Don't be deceived. Those perforated looks (15 and 27) aren't made out of cotton or silk, but in fact, soft sumptuous leather free from rigidity.
Do it now: Wearing your shirt unbuttoned and shrugged off the shoulder. Best worn with nonchalant ease.
