As part of an outreach from the library@esplanade's new signature series co-organised with the Asian Film Archive, performance poets Deborah Emmanuel, Jennifer Anne Champion and Stephanie Dogfoot will be doing a spoken word performance in response to a selection of Singaporean short films.

ART | 2016 Untapped Discovery
Presented by the Visual Arts Development Association, 'Untapped Discovery' features works from homegrown talents that includes Cassandra Koh, Ivan David Ng and Leow Wei Li, who use a diverse selection of materials that includes concrete, digital print, black fungus and fabric.

POETRY | Migrant Worker Poetry Competition Finals 2016
Running for the third time this year by a group of volunteers, the finals celebrate and showcase the literary talents of migrants in Singapore, with 16 finalists sharing their works. Without the need for a theme, expect a no holds barred engagement of the soul through words.
