He might play a named partner in a law firm on Suits, but Gabriel Macht, with his strong jaw and disarming gaze, is in violation of at least three laws in our book — in a good way. Here are some of the heinous crimes he's committed.
Being too talented
Macht bagged his first film role at the tender age of eight, which we frankly think is preposterous. Following this early start, he began making a slew of appearances in various TV shows and films, finally landing his big break in the film adaptation of the comic The Spirit (2008). Although the movie itself saw little success, the role earned him a new fanbase. Suits came three years later, along with its landslide success – you know the rest.
Dressing too well
Those tailor-made numbers can never go wrong. Staying loyal to Tom Ford's designs, bespoke accessories give Macht's outfits on Suits that something extra. He's not to be outdone by his on-screen style, however, as the actor has up to 30 suits in his personal wardrobe. It's this classic look, described as 'romantic' by the show's stylist, that has viewers swooning.
His overflowing compassion
Macht has a heart of gold, and he does good with it. In the aftermath of Typhoon Yolanda in the Philippines, he went over to the city of Ormoc with aid initiative Project Wonderful. When it comes to celebrity philanthropy, it's often tokenistic, but not in Macht's case: He assisted in the rebuilding of businesses, communities, and lives in the wake of the natural disaster.
