The Vause is back.

Have your favourite pizza place on speed dial, cancel all your plans and tell the world you'll be back next week — for Orange is the New Black's new season premieres this Friday. Lovers of Litchfield Penitentiary's ladies are back in a season creator Jenji Kohan has deemed darker than ever. The last we saw of Alex Vause (played by Laura Prepon) in season three, the inmate was seen fighting for her life in the garden shed. We're certain she's still alive – in the show's trailer and teaser, she still features battling her inner and possibly new outer demons.

Prepon's all in for the ride. Growing up on That '70s Show, the 36-year-old gives a darker, dangerous edge to her on again, off again relationship in Orange is the New Black. Away from screen, the actress is all about wellness, even co-authoring a cookbook, The Stash Plan. If you're looking for a 21-day guide on how to take charge of your health, it's the title to try. To get a head start, here are some dishes from Prepon's Instagram to get you going.
