Opening this week, Allegiant sees Maggie Q reprising her role as Tori in the third part of the Divergent series
As Conan O'Brien so aptly put it in one of his episodes, actress Maggie Q (real name: Margaret Quigley) has spent a good chunk of her career making men suffer. Rightfully so — some of her kick-ass stints can be seen in the television series Nikita and Stalker, and action flick Mission Impossible III. The Hawaiian tortures them, and gets paid for it. Dream job much? However, as she shared previously, her role as Tori in the Divergent series is less ass-kicking, but still physically demanding. She's delved in parkour for the second film — and God knows what she'll be up to in this third installment. Based on Veronica Roth's books, Allegiant picks up with characters choosing sides in a war, set inside the walls of Chicago where people are sorted into cliques as death is impending. It's just one movie away from the fourth and final film in the series, Ascendant, which is due in 2017. We sure hope Q's in there as well.
The Divergent Series: Allegiant is out in cinemas on 17 March.
