Cotton:On's first foray into homeware begins with a collaboration with celebrated product designer Mark Tuckey
What rivals the beauty of Australia's oceans? A holiday home right smack in the middle of a stunning cove, with interiors that complement the forces of rich, beautiful nature.
Aussies Cotton:On and Mark Tuckey have come together for a homeware collection that brings nuances of sunshine and the natural goodness associated with our neighbours down under. While the retailer doesn't exactly list in our high fashion books, it does hit that sweet spot for trusty basics and simple sportswear — not to mention the fun and fresh stationery carried by their sister brand, Typo.
Their first homeware collaboration with Mark Tuckey's a clear association — the furniture company's a stronghold in the use of natural sustainable materials, fashioning them in a clean, stylish collection. If the pops of colour across bed linen, tassel cushions and throws with oversized stitching aren't your thing, the collection also features a good mix of calm charcoals and earthy neutrals for a more understated style.
Featuring a range of products for the kitchen, bedroom, living room and bathroom, their colour palette and hardy materials of cotton, linen and timber make them ideal for the outdoors as well — think: lazy Sunday mornings by the beach or garden picnics with girlfriends.
The Mark Tuckey and Cotton:On collection is available at Parkway Parade, Vivocity, 313@Somerset, Suntec City, Bugis Junction and Serangoon outlets, and online.
