Beauty for every skin tone
Beauty at the Met
Estée Lauder spokesmodels Liu Wen, Kendall Jenner and Joan Smalls are beautiful in unique in different ways. At the Met Gala, each lady knocked it out of the park with their signature beauty styles. Find out the products they used to get their flawless makeup.
LIU WEN'S LIP STAIN
Liu Wen sported a carefree and almost natural look with a thin eyeliner flick and soft, pink pout. Try Estée Lauder's Little Black Liner, being sure to keep the line super thin and tapered at the ends so it doesn't overwhelm the face. Liu Wen always draws in her brows, so try a long-lasting product like the Double Wear Stay-in-Place Brow Lift Duo in Soft Brown that will keep your arches well-defined. For her natural lippie look, blend two shades of the Pure Color Envy Sculpting Lipstick in Tumultous Pink and Vengeful Red. Apply more of the red in the centre of the lower lip to emphasise your pout.
KENDALL JENNER'S GLOWING SKIN
To get Jenner's beautiful complexion, use a combination of a blush and highlighter. Apply the Pure Color Envy Sculpting Blush in Blushing Nude on the cheek apples and the Limited Edition Bronze Goddess Summer Glow Multi-Palette on the forehead, chin, nose bridge and upper cheekbones for a summery glow.
JOAN SMALLS' SULTRY EYES
To create Smalls' smoky eyes, the Estée Lauder makeup artists used a customised shade of eyeshadow. But some of the small touches add a bit of interest to the look. Besides the Little Black Liner, add a liquid liner with a greenish tinge like the Double Wear Infinite Waterproof Eyeliner in Blackened Emerald, especially on the lower lash line. Finish with generous lashings of the Sumptuous Volume Bold Volume Lifting Mascara in Black and add on falsies to up the drama.
