Three beauty stores worth visiting at Capitol Piazza
Three times a lady
Korea's number one luxury skincare has opened its 100th global store and first flagship store in the ASEAN region. In this cosy yet luxurious boutique you'll find products only available in this store, like the hush-hush Harmonizen Regenerating Cream and Essentrue Body Serum. With two facial cabins, those in the area can pop in at lunchtime or post-work for their signature Concentrated Ginseng or Timetreasure treatments.
Must try: The brand's pampering facials that put the 'luxe' in luxury. There are two facials exclusive to this store that are perfect for newcomers. Those in their 20s can try the Essential Hydrating Care ($100, for 60 minutes) while those with drier complexions can indulge in the Hydro-aid Treatment Purifying ($120, for 60 minutes) for intense hydration.
The Sulwhasoo Boutique is at #01-72 Capitol Piazza
La Maison Lancôme
Lancôme launches the first boutique to boast an Absolue consultation area just for this cult, luxury skincare range. Come by to experiment with the brand's makeup offerings and sample their classic fragrances. Those who love their facials will be pleased to hear that the boutique houses a Lancôme Beauty Cabin that provides a whopping fourteen, different facial for the ladies.
Must try: Guys, there are four facials especially for men, so do pop in for a treat even without the missus in tow.

Trust the Melbournian beauty brand to come up with an extraordinarily chic concept for its newest outlet. Designed by Melbourne-based architecture firm Russell & George, the store design subtly references Peranakan culture (check out the black-and-white tiles) while working with the Art Deco bones of the adjoining Capitol theatre. Inside you'll find the brand's full offerings, from the oh-so-hip Post-Poo Drops (the ultimate bathroom freshener) that was created in collaboration with A.P.C to the cult favourite B Triple C Facial Balancing Gel.
Must-try: Get the staff to teach you how to blend products to speed up your skincare routine. Mix the brand's cleansers with the Tea Tree Leaf Facial Exfoliant — which are loose leaves and particles — or layer one of their signature masks with a facial oil for a double dose of pure hydration.
Aesop is at #01-11 Capitol Piazza
