La Mer launches a luxury facial oil
La Mer is known for its legendary Crème, but this time their newest skincare marvel is a dual-phase oil

La Mer's new Renewal Oil is a true magic elixir for the skin. This dual-phase oil is rich in the highly active oils used in the brand's signature Miracle Broth. What makes the oil so effective? It has been designed to mimic the skin's hydrolopidic structure, and is a combination of water, and oils of eucalyptus and sesame. Although it's designed to be used on the face, the multi-tasking formula can also be applied on the body and hair — that is if you can bear to part with the precious (and pricey) oil. Alternatively, add a drop or two into your existing creams and serums as a booster.

To activate the different oils, gently shake the bottle before patting it into the skin — you'll find that it absorbs more rapidly into the skin. Scented with the aroma of delicate honeyed blossoms, this will give skin an instant glow. Over time, lines and wrinkles are softend, skin is plumped up and lifted and the skin's barrier becomes more resilient and less prone to dehydration. So many uses and benefits in one luxe bottle? We smell a cult favourite.

$370. Available from November at La Mer counters
