Flora is a print that is very dear to the heart of Gucci. In celebrating its 50th anniversary, the house dreamt up a new limited edition juice and packaging for its best-selling Flora scent. Opening with a burst of fresh mandarin and pear, the fragrance still pays homage to the key notes from original scent — rose and osmanthus. This time, new flowers, like the peony, are added to this bloomfest, to give it a contemporary twist and a new texture. The rose also gives osmanthus' complex facets and an apricot-like freshness and a new, creamy direction. Also new, a leather accord that adds a certain sensuality to the juice, yet seems to fit in well with the flowers — think of Alessandro Michele's gorgeous blooms embroidered over Gucci's traditional logos as the sartorial equivalent.

And because the limited edition scent will not be complete with some design touches, you'll find splashes of the Flora print everywhere. The packaging bears a close-up of the Flora pattern, while the base of the flacon has petals and stems reflected in its hexagon shape. Think of this as the ultimate bouquet to celebrate the house's renewed success.
