When Givenchy tapped on singer-songwriter-actress Alicia Keys to be the muse behind their Dahlia Divin fragrance they hit the jackpot. Looking like a latter day Lena Horne, the talented songstress embodied the glamour and sophistication of the scent, while still looking modern and relevant.
Now, the brand releases the Eau de Toilette version of the scent. The woody floral scent was created by François Demachy. Opening with sunny burst of juicy fruits like blood orange and vineyard peach, the fragrance is rounded off with pink jasmine, sandalwood and sensual vanilla musk, leaving a delightful and intriguing sillage in its wake.
While the original fragrance was housed in a glass and gold bottle, the new version boasts touches of delicate rose gold on the flaçon and a pink gold-tinged juice. Fittingly, Keys is also draped in a gold haute couture gown custom designed by Riccardo Tisci himself. You glow girl.
