Crabtree & Evelyn reformulates its La Source range
By the sea
La Source has always been a stalwart of Crabtree & Evelyn, and now the luxury bodycare brand introduces a new formula to its products as well as a new curation of items. With a focus on the overall nurturing of the skin, you can expect a similar relaxing, marine scent as well as luxurious cleansing and treatment products to turn your home into a spa experience. The hero ingredient is the Green Sea Extract, harvested off the coats of Brittany and the products contain three, powerful blends each with its own properties. The Refreshing Marine Blend has green seaweed and brown algae extract to cleanse and hydrate skin, while the Hydra Marine Blend has a blue lavender extract in the mix to nourish and purify. Finally, the Restorative Marine Blend uses Red Sea algae to protect the skin.
To reflect the changing needs and tastes of consumers, the product selections have also been updated and include a Hydra Marine Nourishing Oil. Made with a replenishing blend of refined oils, this indulgent dry oil is a multi-purpose product that is lightweight and non-greasy enough to use on the face, body and hair. The Warming Foot Smoother meanwhile is like a pedicure in a bottle. With ultra-refined Tahitian volcanic sand, fine pumice and salt crystals, it can help exfoliate stubborn hardened skin areas while shea butter and rice bran oil softens and conditions your feet. And if you want an in-shower treat that will reveal softer, smoother skin, you can't go wrong with the Exfoliating Massage Bar, which is like an exfoliating soap and skin buffing tool in one – ingenious!
Available from 16 February at all Crabtree & Evelyn stores
